Community Health Promotion
Building healthier communities through education, prevention, and proactive health behaviors.
Program Overview
Many health challenges in rural Uganda are entirely preventable through proper education and early intervention. Our Community Health Promotion program tackles health deficits at the grassroots level by deploying trained village health teams.
We conduct localized awareness campaigns addressing nutrition, maternal health, communicable diseases, and overall wellness, bridging the gap between isolated communities and formal healthcare facilities.
